Vernaccia is the traditional and historic grape variety of San Gimignano. This wine is distinguished by its pronounced sapidity and freshness, which together create a pleasantly harmonious profile.

This is the wine that best represents us. The grapes are harvested and carefully selected from our oldest single vineyard, approximately 40 years old, fully expressing the typicity of Vernaccia and our terroir.

The grapes come from our oldest vineyard, approximately 40 years old, carefully selected and harvested at full ripeness to achieve greater aromatic concentration and skin richness, allowing the typicity of Vernaccia to be fully expressed.

Selected Vernaccia grapes and vinification in cocciopesto vessels result in this “orange wine”, an original interpretation of San Gimignano.

The grapes come from vineyards approximately 25–30 years old and are harvested early in order to enhance fresh aromatic expression, in harmony with the characteristic sapidity of our soils.

Sangiovese is the emblematic grape variety of Tuscany; our soils shape its expression, while ageing in oak barrels gives the wine softness and delicate spicy notes.

The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected from our vineyards approximately 35 years old; our terroir and ageing in oak barrels give the wine a distinctive and typical character.

Vineyards approximately 25 years old, planted on our sandier slopes; fresh and distinctive, this wine expresses the characteristics of our terroir.

The finest Sangiovese grapes are selected from our vineyards approximately 35 years old and harvested slightly overripe. With this wine, we seek the fullest expression of Sangiovese.

The Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in our vineyards give this Bordeaux-style blend an authentic expression of our terroir.

Selected Syrah grapes, harvested slightly overripe, give this wine an enveloping and refined character, fully expressing the varietal characteristics.
